We didn't know they had wheelchairs available so booked on the day when we spotted them.
They have 2 adult chairs and 1 child chair. £20 deposit to be paid in the lifeguard information centre at the car park entrance.
It was a little tricky getting over the sand dune that was about 7 metres or so but then the sand is really well suited to the wheelchair.
The tide comes in fast there, so don't set up camp too close to the water.
It was a very flat beach. First time we have used a beach chair and it made absolutely all the difference in the world.
The Information centre shuts around 4pm I think so just check there is a lifeguard available to take the chair and return your deposit if you stay later than that.
