Goodrington Sands is sandy with rock pools and has easy access. There is a slipway to the beach.
Disabled toilet facilities.
Local charity Torbay Holiday Helpers Network(THHN) are pleased to announce that they now own a beach wheelchair and with support from Reach Outdoors.
It is available for use by anyone needing accessibility to the beach at Goodrington Sands.
If you require the use of the beach wheelchair please speak to the Reach Outdoors staff at their beach cabin on Goodrington Sands.
It is free of charge but donations to the charity are welcome.

I've also managed to find out that the beach has a Blue Flag Award - a testament to the beach’s cleanliness and safety standards.
It is also dog friendly at North Beach. South Beach has restricted access for dogs from May to September.
There is a large car park and a play park.
