Brighton and Hove have two all terrain beach wheelchairs for hire from their Seafront Office.
They are only able to offer two hour slots. These may be booked up to a week in advance or on the day.
A £25 deposit is required together with proof of ID.
The Seafront Office doesn't have a hoist so self transfers only from your own wheelchair which can be left securely at the office.
It is located between the two piers on the lower promenade at:

The Office is from 9.30am through till 5.30pm low season and 8.30am to 7.30pm in the summer months.
Brighton has a Changing Places toilet on the seafront at Collonade Toilets on Madeira Drive (about 10 minutes walk from Seafront Office)
Other Changing Places toilets can be found at The Level, St Peters Place and the Brighton and Hove Albion (American Express Community Stand), Village Way, Brighton
There is a beach accessible walkway is at The Hove Seafront Office, west of the King Alfred Leisure Centre for wheelchairs, pushchairs and for those with limited mobility.
